In accordance with Law No. 2004-801 Of 6 August 2004 On The Protection Of Individuals With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And Amending Act No. 78-17 Of 6 January 1978 On Data Processing, Files And Freedoms OXOLIGHT website has been registered to French data protection authority ; (CNIL)

In accordance with Articles 38 and 40 of Law 2004-801 dated 06/08/2004, you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning you.
This right may be exercised online by sending an e-mail to contact@oxolight.com.

Procedures for exercising the right of access (the right may not be exercised in situ):
Before sending you personal data, we shall ask you to provide us with proof of your identity. If you are not able to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you personal data concerning you.
In accordance with Decree 2007-451 dated 25/03/2007, your request will be met within a maximum period of 2 months, subject to the non-abusive character of same.

In agreement with French Laws n°82-652 of July, 29, 1982 and 2004-575 of June, 21, 2004 for the trust in the numerical business, any physical or moral person named or designed on www.oxolight.com dispose of a right of response to be addressed to headquarters, without prejudice of correction or suppression requests of the message.

 

The request to exercise the right to reply, sent to the Director of publication, should be sent at least three months from the publication of the message justifying this request.

 

The applicant must specify the imputations on the subject he wants to answer and the content of the answer he proposes to make. This insertion is free of charge and written within three days from the date of receipt.

All components of the Site as well as the Site itself are protected by intellectual property law or any other applicable legislation. Outside France, that components are protected by the protection of copyright in all states signatory to the Berne Convention

 

In accordance with the intellectual property code, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution and/or translation of the contents of the site www.oxolight.com in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever is prohibited without the express, prior authorisation of Axente S.A.S

 

 

In accordance with article L. 335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code, any use not specifically authorised is considered a breach of copyright and constitutes an infringement.

 

It may also constitute an act of unfair competition (in accordance with article-1382 of French Civil code) and, violation of image rights and / or personality rights (article 9 of French civil code)

 

Axente, reserves the right to engage of the legal proceedings against any person

who would not have respected this prohibition.
